• Encourage alternative arrangements (v11-15)
• Potential Problem 2 - Faithful leaders not being respected
• Pay your leaders (v17-18)
• Protect leaders from false accusation (v19-21)
• Potential Problem 3 - The appointment of unsuitable leaders
• Choose carefully with testing (v22-24)
• Potential Problem 4 - Bosses taken advantage of (6:1-2)
• Work hard and serve willingly
